Taken from his soon to be released album The unlikely Lad, this single from 22 year old Londoner may seem just a little familiar to some. That’s because Your Woman is a cover of the White Town hit that went straight to the top of the charts back in 1997. Yes he is singing ‘I can never be your woman’. Not sure why the men in either versions are singing from a female’s perspective but there you go. For those who aren’t familiar with this song, the original had a cold sounding electro feel. This time around the infamous brass sample remains, but it’s been rejuvenated with some floor thumpin’ beats with some kick arse attitude added. Your Woman is a funky tune that should go down well on the dance floor.
