Thirty Seconds to Mars – From Yesterday A very pleasing piece of accessible rock from the band that’s big in the States. With award winning videos, award show appearances, and what appears to be big money behind the production of everything they do, this single will probably get the airplay to push them upwards and onwards on the UK.
But Bush were big in the US too weren’t they? And although Brit lead Gavin Rossdae bagged himself a pop princess in Gwen Satffani, he never really got the widespread respect of his home audience. Sometimes when you have the money to produce excellence, some of should be paid to a staff anarchist whose job it is to rough up the edges a bit.
