Another sign of promise from Scotland’s favourite daughter-only one ablum, but KT seems to be fairly well established in the music hierarchy, which isn’t surprising because she can knock out the tunes. Happily, all of her singles so far have showcased her originality and talent – though it is a shame that some of her album slips into MOR, but Suddenly I See is the sound of someone supremely at ease making music they like to hear, All summery and swinging, driven the kind of groovy pop-guitar hook that she seems to be able to pull out of her hat at will. If you’ve not heard this yet, you will – radio friendly, and quality too… Rating: 4/5
