Whose idea was it to mix together this incredibly annoying ring tone with the theme tune from Beverly Hills Cop? German dance maestros Bass Bumpers, that’s who, and this is the result: ’s vocals over the familiar electronic beats of ‘Axel F’.
’s interpretation of the classic 80’s tune is not going to win any awards for song writing, but let’s not forget that a song that uses an animated frog for a lead singer is not a song that is intended to be taken seriously. You’ll find yourself absentmindedly humming long before coming to your senses, and the repetitive screeching from the amphibian vocalist will undoubtedly drive you hopping mad. Leap frog the hell away if you don’t want to be hopping mad by the end of it.
