Rotten Apple is the new album released by 50 Cent’s protégé Lloyd Banks on G Unit/Interscope Records. 2004 Mixtape Artist of The Year Award winner Banks, brings us this sensational new album after his two year reign on the Anger Management Tour alongside the likes of Eminem and 50 Cent. The album features production from the likes of Timberland and is set to rock the shelves on its release. We finally get to see Banks as he’s never been seen before.
He escapes the tail side of 50 Cent and is trailing his own mark on the industry. The album is house to Lloyd’s catchy new single ‘Hands up’ feat 50 Cent. Keri Hillson, Mobb Deep and Rakim also make an appearance on Rotten Apple with pleasuring sounds from Havoc, Eminem and JR rotem. Lloyd uses a selection of catchy lyrics and energetic beats that overall makes listening to the album very pleasurable. Bank’s rap style has defiantly improved from his past performances on Busta Rhyme’s ‘Touch It Remix’ and Rotten Apple is just a sample of what is yet to come.
