When
Take That split up it was widely thought that Gary Barlow would have the most
successful solo career especially with him being the chief singer songwriter. But it wasn't to be and it's in
fact the clown of the band Robbie Williams who's now globetrotting around the
world playing to millions of adoring fans and not Gary. Following the demise of super
girl group Destiny's Child, leading lady Beyonce has had her moment in the spotlight,
but will her ex-colleague LeToya do a
‘Robbie' and usurp Beyonce as the Queen of Destiny?
Well,
Beyonce's absence at the recent MOBOs hasn't exactly done her any favours, and
the American reaction to her latest single, Torn, is anything to go by it's
certainly a good start for LeToya. However, it's not a particularly exciting choice of track
to launch a single with, but it does the job.
