@ The Garage, Friday 12th March 2004
could comfortably sell out venues 100 times the size of the grimey environs of Highbury's 300 Capacity Garage. So the chace to see them at such an intimite setting as this was really cool indeed . This was enhanced by Sen Dog, B-Real and DJ Muggs hanging out at the bar for a good hour before they performed chatting to fans and sinking some drinks.
When they finally got on stage at 9.30 and let rip with a set comprising all the classics from Black Sunday and onwards the crowd, to put it bluntly (bodom tish!) went into overdrive. With virtually the whole venue jumping in unison to classics like "I ain't goin' out like that", "Insane In the Brain", "I wanna get high", "Hits from the bong" this was an adrenalin (and THC) fuelled performance. New material off ther new set went down well also.
Sen and B-Real's lyrical interplay and onstage antics (such as recieving joints off the audience and smoking up to 3 at a time!) made this a dream gig for the hardcore fans in attendance. Absolutely firing performance showing the 'Hill still know how to rock the place. 5/5
