10 years and 9 men make up this quirky group with more musical influences and interests then most entire record labels could ever dream of possessing.
It’s dance music with an edge that includes funk, R n B and many others. This collective album has been whittled down from over 100 demos, so does this crew have something that no one else has?
After first listening to the 16 tracks on this album, the answer is a resounding yes. Their mixture of genres, subjects, beats and remixing is without doubt a breath of fresh air and a surprisingly playable CD. Some tracks that deserve a mention include the conscious "Worla Hurt" featuring some fantastic vocals from Don Ricardo, "Once Twice" created by the eight man production line with an incredible beat and a hit from 2004 "Booty La La".
It is said that this album wouldn’t have been created unless the opinions, egos and issues of the group members were put aside. Well it’s a good thing they did because an album of such calibre needs to be heard, preferably at full blast.
