R&B artist Usher managed to beat Girls Aloud and take the top spot in this week's singles charts with 'Burn'. Teen band McFly moved down to number four. Girls Aloud debuted at number two, pushing Britney Spears' 'Everytime' down a slot to number three.
Meanwhile, in the album charts Scissor Sisters took the top spot with their self-titled debut, pushing The Streets 'A Grand Don’t Come For Free' to number two.
