The Madonna collection, called simply 'M' launched yesterday and is the latest in a line of collaborations between High Street chains and celebrities.
Despite the queen of pop putting her name behind the 'M' label, there did not appear to be a mad rush for shoppers to get their hands on the garms and plenty of clothes were still left on the rails after the initial rush.
Perhaps a bit disappointing for retail outlet H&M who are rumoured to have paid Madonna a six-figure sum for the collection.
Other big names linking up with fashion stores and fronting clothes ranges include Kate Moss's collection for Topshop which launches in May pop singer Lily Allen who has teamed up with New Look.
