Following a hugely
successful 2006 that has seen Liam Frost release three stunning singles and an
equally stunning debut album to widespread critical acclaim, the 23 year old
Mancunian launches into 2007 with the release of new single ‘She Painted Pictures’.
‘She Painted Pictures’
originally featured as the lead track on Liam’s limited edition debut EP which
was quickly snapped up by those in the know during a series of sold out
residencies in Manchester and London at the start of 2006. Now re-recorded with
album producer Danton Supple (famed for his work with Coldplay, Morrissey and
Doves among others), She Painted Pictures will be available on CD and 7”,
featuring an exclusive new Liam Frost b-side, a Get Cape.
Wear Cape. Fly remix and a Nick Cave
cover…
Over the last twelve
months, Liam Frost has emerged as one of the country’s most exciting young
songwriters. Having been described as ‘the most talented songwriter
Manchester’s produced in years’ by none other than Elbow frontman Guy Garvey,
his debut album ‘Show Me How The Spectres Dance’ was released on Lavolta
Records in September and fully lived up to expectations.
