
Britain's hottest new hip hop talent Sway has revealed to us the details surrounding his new material with two of the world's biggest music stars - Akon and Pharrell Williams.
The MOBO Award winning rapper told us the latest at a special Puma launch on London's Carnaby Street, he revealed "I am really excited about working with the incredible talent of Akon and Pharrell, the work they have produced in the studio over the years is second to none, the results are going to be massive, we have put a date in and I can confirm it will be happening over the summer." Music stars at the event such as Brit Winner's Orson, rapper Example and Nate James mingled with sport stars such as footballer Jermaine Jenas and cricketer Steve Jones.
The MOBO Award winning rapper has recently collaborated with hot US star Chamillionaire and also British music legends Madness. He told us
"It is great that British talent is so respected in America, the artists there are really keen to work with us, they keep up to date with the British music scene in a brilliant way."
Sway also told us he has reworked the Madness classic track 'Baggy Trousers' with the band, it will be called 'Baggy Jeans' and will be released in August, Sway told us
"It is amazing to get to rework one of the most famous songs in British music history with the original band, the sound is amazing."
'Baggy Trousers' was originally a huge hit decades ago and introduced Madness as one of the biggest names in British pop history.
The sports and music stars helped advise each other as they designed their own unique shoes. The 'Mongolian BBQ' department at the flagship Puma store enables customers to create their own shoes unique to personal taste. "This is like a dream come true!" laughed Chris Cano from Brit Award victor's Orson,
"I wish I was a kid again, I'm so excited I'd probably have a heart attack! I love the shoes Sway has designed, I might have to steal them."
