London radio station Xfm launches a new behind-the-scenes TV show on Monday, which will become the flagship programme for Sky's music channel The Amp.
'The XFM Show' will broadcast every Monday and be repeated at weekends and will feature footage behind-the-scenes at the station, giving viewers a glimpse of what goes on on and off air.
Presented by Lauren Laverne, it will also include footage from live sessions, exclusive interviews and a slot called Fab Four which will give hints on upcoming events.
Steve Regan, executive producer for the Xfm Show on The Amp said:
'This is an really exciting leap for us as a channel, with the Xfm show becoming the channel's flagship programme. It's not just a programme for us, it's more of a statement. We love our music and take an interest in popular culture but with a real disregard for any muso pomp -- transplanting Xfm's brilliant taste and sense of humour on to our channel every week is a real honour.'
