Early retail reports suggest that it could be a close call between teen band McFly and ex-Westlife singer Brain McFadden in the Singles Chart.
As it stands McFly are in the lead with their latest single 'That Girl' but things could change dramatically by the end of the week as radio stations dedicate more airplay to Brain McFadden's debut solo single 'Real To Me'.
New entries this week come from The Music, Peter Andre and Jet and all set to appear outside the Top 10.
In the albums market, Natasha Bedingfield's album 'Unwritten' looks set to knock The Libertines off the number one spot and Dizzee Rascal's 'Showtime' will settle for a Top 10 debut.
