passin thru, bigup all the usual suspects.
Public Life, Commercial road shoredich.
I was there for a bit - filling up when I left (cos I had to go radio). Lohan and Prior played some heavy tunes. Big up Bandit and the rest of SLT.
It was rammed, and people were stil goin in when i left.
loads of shoreditch people... you know... the types who cut their own hair, wear winkle pickers, banded tights and army jackets.
winkle pickers are shoes of old... they are pointy at the toes. Alot of the shoreditch people wear retro clothing in an odd arrangement... various things ive seen include:
> trucker hats, secondhand tweed jackets and baggy combat trousers... at the same time,
> Wolly hats and sandles,
> 'cool' t-shirts of jesus skateboarding or smoking weed,
> home haircuts where they have shaved part of it off but the rest is really long, especially at the back.. the blokes also have tram liners in their eyebrows and have massive beards.
>Anything that was originally made in the eighties (even if it looks crap) with sweat bands.
A good example is that pete from fame academy... or even that alex for that matter. Shoreditch is the kind of place where you would see a girl using at really old 'A-team' lunchbox as a bag.
