The R Kelly Sextape is on sale now in NYC

R KELLY 'UNDERAGE SEX VIDEOTAPE' SURFACES

A videotape alleged to contain footage of R&B star R KELLY having sex with an underage girl is appearing on a number of websites, and is onsale through street vendors in NEW YORK.

The tape is alleged to contain almost 27 minutes of footage of Kelly having sex with a 14-year-old girl. It was handed to the Chicago Sun Tribune earlier this month and is currently the subject of a police investigation. Kelly has constantly claimed his innocence in the affair.

The content available on a number of websites matches the description of the tape currently under investigation. A spokesperson for one of the sites offering footage for free told MTV that the decision to post the material was for "journalistic purposes, to prove that the tapes do exist" while a sex site charging $2.99 per download claim the opposite. "It's a fake tape," said Dennis Johnson of DH Industries. "I just put it up there to show that it's not him."

US federal law prohibits the production, receipt, distribution, possession, transportation, mailing and advertising of any "visual depiction" involving the use of a child under 18 years of age in sexually explicit conduct.

in a further twist, another alleged Kelly sex tape surfaced last weekend and is being sold on the streets of Harlem, New York, for $20. This tape runs over 30 minutes and features two different segments of a man, who appears to be the R&B star, having sex with two females of undeterminable ages in what looks like two different rooms in a house. All those involved seem to be aware they are being taped.

"I ain't the police, so it's not up to me to judge," the street vendor said. "Personally, none of the [girls] on the tape look young. We're selling it because it's him. We wouldn't care if the chick was 50 years old. [People] don't care about the girls... they wanna see him."

When the story of Kelly's involvement on the 27-minute tape first broke he said: "It's very difficult for me, but, you know, I'm innocent. It's crap, and that's how we're going to treat it. All I know is this: I have a few people in the past that I've fired... people that I've thought were my friends that's not my friends."

He added: "Ever since then it's been threats on what they're gonna do to me if I don't pay them this, they'll put a story out... and when I refuse to pay them, and now here come this story."
