Slander against PDC.... In reply to 44Fan, for slandering our company name.
This is the situation,
Effectively as from 1/10/03 PDC Audio Distribution no longer exists as a trading company name, as because the original founding owner of PDC rebought the name from the last owners, who infact run the company into the ground, creating alot of debts with artists, Plasticman and Markone being some of those artists.
Now the new owner is still honouring the agreements with the artists involved and paying back all the old debt created by the last owners. (In a court of law he doesnt even need to pay back the debt, as PDC AUDIO DISTRIBUTION no longer exists !!!)
The company is now known as PDC Distribution and have big plans for the rest of 2003/04 and the future ahead.
So if you are an old artiste who signed agreements with PDC Audio Distribution please get incontact with the new management to discuss repayments of the old debt.
Also the owner behind PDC is an artiste himself and has been knocked on many occasions by various distributors so he knows how it feels,
But we must stress that
PDC Distribution are not knockers and always honour the agreements signed and pay there bills.

Now for the final piece of this post.
Those people who have posted up slandering comments regarding the company name, will be hearing from our lawyers and served with a writ.
