Portishead video - PLEASE HELP!!!!

I've been searching for a Portishead video that I saw years ago...I don't know the song but the video is the singer walking slowly down the street while everthing else around her is timelapsed and moving super fast...it's a really cool effect and I would like to find it...any help would be appreciated!!
