    Default New Jack Swing

when it comes to Old School, other than Freestyle, my favorite old stuff has to be New Jack.

    Guy
    Today
    Basic Black
    Bell Biv Devoe
    Black Flames
    Jeff Redd
    Al B. Sure
    Wrecks N Effect
Red Head Kingpin & the FBI

anyone else down with the New Jack Swing?

it was so dope back then.....88, 89.....and the music was crossing over in every which way.

new jack with hip-house, hip-house with house, hip-house with hip-hop....

I used to love all that stuff back when I was a little boy.

Freestyle was never ever big in Canada...there's a serious lack of latinos here

    i forgot:

    Heavy D & the Boys
    LeVert

if you mention Johnny Gill, and Bobby Brown, and i mentioned BBD, you might as well say New Edition

and one of my favorites from back then:
    TROOP

    couldn't agree more.

for nearly a decade, you could always pick out a Teddy Riley Beat.

Blackstreet, Blackgirl, who could forget 90's Girl? he stayed on top for a long time.....only to be bested by Dr. Dre.....in my opinion. definitely one of the best urban producers that there ever was.

but i loved his new jack $$$$.
