I saw black twang and luciano WTF

Im totally sure. I saw Luciano (jamaican singery type, never heard much his stuff) in Waterloo or somewhere when I got lost trying to find a record shop. Can anyone verify that hes in the UK or was yesterday? If so, then its totally him.

Then today coming home from work from a cancelled meeting that they didnt think to tell me about, I saw Black twang (I think hes name is) walkin in Peckham with his child or a lil kid anyway.

On both occasions, I was the only one in shock, no else had a clue..

Luciano is wicked...didn't kno he was in the uk
