How do the media portray "urban music" and the people that listen to it??

Do you think the media portray 'urban music' in a positive way? Or do you feel they stereotype and categorise, but more importantly do you feel it is the 'urban' artists or the media that influence young children in todays society to carry knifes etc which is dramatically effecting the youths of today?
your comments on either questions would be appreicated.

Many 'urban music' the truth badly influence small children, children quickly seize all that what unpleasantly listen to the parents. I would try to interest in their more pleasant work, for example making a musical site. It is possible to make pleasant mp3 website, to load and listen to normal songs.

The fact that gangsta rap is such a commercial and available type of music ofcourse it easily influences kids, to claim it doesnt is such nonese.

You're doing the same thing now, wearing certain types of clothes/listening to certain types of music/socializing with certain people/doing certain activities.

You are too right, when we were small we listened to that that was pleasant to us, and now we try to change that that in a fashion))))( it's fun ) But we should interest children in other things and all to change
