We Fear Silence present Chew The Fat! Meets Wax:On Christmas Party! Fake Blood DJ Mix Album Release Bash // Friday 11th December // Cable, London
We Fear Silence, Chew The Fat and Wax:On are putting on a double edged party which not only celebrates the festive season, but also the launch of a new compilation mixed by Fake Blood aka Theo Keating aka DJ Touche. The reclusive Keating has a wide reach in electronic music, from his work under current guise Fake Blood, to his breaking of acts like 8Bit, via his involvement as one half of haunting electronic band the Black Ghosts.
The party at Cable on December 11th, offers quite a line-up. The soundtrack will be a blend of influences from all parties involved. Along with Fake Blood, expect a raucous mix of 4/4 and breaks from Evil 9 as well as A1 Bassline's, erm, bassline, a set from remix and production ace Foamo and some house, electro, wonky, techno, wobble and rave shizz all mixed up by Eskimo Twins. If that's not enough, there's also a darker dubstep contingent in the second room courtesy of London party starters THEM, who’ll be happy to blend half paced swaggers with tougher, heavier bass music
