Default Can Grime/UKHH Take Over UK, like HH in USA?

Rap music in america dominates da charts, usually u gotta look at #9 in da charts 4 da 1st white man.

However in da UK derz crap in da charts "Amarillo" (wtf?), da occasional R&B or 50 Cent song gets high but UK needs its own negro music 2 takeover but dis seems hard coz manz wanna stay underground.

Some artists have had a go, Dizzee done it alrite n has a big name all round UK (US a likkle bit) but derz more talented MC's in UK.

I say dat der should be more support within da music artists community e.g. MC's collaboratin wid Craig David, Lemar, Jamelia n dem. Sure it may seem commercial but if u wanna make money and get ur name heard u gotta be business minded.

Gimme your opinions if u can b arsed to read.

Alot of people convince themselves that UK hip-hop or grime will not get big mainstream! This is just done out of the hope that it actually wont because it's obvious as soon as it does, people are gonna start "selling out" and concentrate on makin money and kepping the industry happy!

When dizzee was doing underground raves people thought he would stay underground and no one would have guessed he'd get as big as he is now!

This is probably what alot of people in america were thinking when hip-hop first started out there! They thought it would stay real and never thought it would be big globally! So i would not be surprised at all if alot of people (even those whom you least expect it from) will eventually set their sights on bigger goals!! At the end of the day they gonna try and eat!!

You know UK "urban" will be big as soon as you see lil kids running around in fake lott 29 trackies or still flexin the old A9 Akademiks trakies shoutin out the words they hearing from undergound tunes, but still manage to look like typical chavs!!

Uk grime can never be big as long as its pirated and because too many producers are using fruit loops ( cubase ,logic ,reason all that ) which is cheating and tracks made from that cant be copy writen any way. about dizee he only changed his style to adapt notice that he stoped talking about murking people after " i love you " its vital if you want to become big in the uk

have you notice that however good a track is it can never do anything big if it has anything to do with murking guns drugs and shiit like that
