Time Between Posts

Does it have to be so high? 4 minutes is an age, should be 30 secs - 1 minute imo, cant really chain respond to a few threads without it being a chore. Responding to 3 threads is almost a 10 minute investment when it wouldnt even take a quarter of that to write the posts.

Please adjust or respond with why it cannot be changed.
