Better or worse than Tuna/ Sweetcorn?
It does contain a little mayo, but it's only as a binding agent and is low fat/ low cal
Please?
Thanks
Kenny

Would have to compare nutritional info & ingredients to say whether it was better or worse.

OK but I'm thinking if I eat the dairylea now then I'll burn it off
I'm going running later

Depends on ur metabolism, how much dairylea u eat and how big the roll is, whether it is white or brown bread etc.
