| Better or worse than Tuna/ Sweetcorn?
It does contain a little mayo, but it's only as a binding agent and is low fat/ low cal

| OK but I'm thinking if I eat the dairylea now then I'll burn it off
I'm going running later
I should cover around 9k's or so
Would that burn off a Dairylea roll?

| Depends on ur metabolism, how much dairylea u eat and how big the roll is, whether it is white or brown bread etc. |
