so true, any style of music can be made to sound good, its even done with classical and I can't stand the stuff but I had to admit, it sounded good.
Give rock a chance, a bit more than just Jay-z and linkin park!!!

Haha! I'm going to see The Maiden soon!

I don't really like them, but I figured it'd be a laugh. Plus Incubus are playing. That'll be good so long as Brandon keeps his shirt on (which he won't. Cue lots of annoying screaming from his girly fanclub).

Some of the most beautiful, stirring music ever written is classical music. Don't write it off - It just requires a little patience.

Metal music's cool, system of a down are real good, just depends whether you have an open mind about music and taking it in, it's good to like every type of music

but yea, that death metal is just bait *wipes off white face paint*

Turning teenage girls into whores? Nah, pop's alright.

Admittedly, Pop music is 90% rubbish, but there are some real gems too.

Madonnas Ray Of Light album springs instantly to mind. That is really very good.

Pop music gave us Michael Jackson. And he is legendary!

Even commercial Garage acts like Artful Dodger wrote some great pop tunes - Please Don't Turn Me On is excellent!

There's popular music for kids who actually don't have any real taste in music yet (all you R&B mother$$$$ers take note), and then there's popular music which is popular for a reason (ie. because it's actually rather good).
