Whats this song?

i heard this song about a month ago on kerrang and its quite popular and its been played qute alot but i never get the name of it. it starts with a deep palm mute rythem intro for about 4 bars in like a sort of duh duh duh triple rythm thing. then the singer starts whispering over this for another few bars before the main riff kicks in

if anyone can play guitar ive kinda worked out the riff just off my head and it kinda goes like this.

6th E string --0-3-0-33-033-0-3---555--0-3-0-33-033-03--666----

and then it repeats. in the chorus theres a sort of build up think where the guy says summthin like "wake".(I think im probably wrong)

i think on the video to this track the band are on a standard stage with the camera at an angle to the stage with the band either in black and white or different coulured plain tee shirts

other than that i have absoulutly no idea and i absoulutly loved it soo please can anyone help?
