Default Rex Radio secret London gig this weekend...

Hi guys n girls - just thought I'd let you know that Rex Radio (newly signed to B-Unique - that's the Kaiser Chief's label...) are playing at my gig at the Rock Garden on Sunday 15th (it's a cool little venue in Covent Garden, near the underground station). It's not listed on their myspace because they're not officially gigging until their album's recorded... but it is true.

It's a great chance to see them in an intimate venue (unlike their last gig in KOKO, on new year's eve). They're off to California to record at the end of the month so catch them while you can, (and while it's only £4). They'll be onstage at about 5PM.

We've also got The Vice from Reading, who are strutting snarling Stones-esque characters who have been featured in the NME, and a band called the Truemen who defy description and are excellent. Earlier in the day we have acoustic music and live stand-up comedy.

The whole thing, which runs from 2:30PM til 7, only costs £4.

Oh and by the way this thing goes on every week - if any of you know any great bands (or are in one) get in touch...

Hope this interests some of you- should be a fun day with comedy, bands, plus we've managed to persuade the Rock Garden to do half price food and wine too... - check www.jealousofthedaylight.com to find out more.

Thanks,

Pete
