greatest rock/metal vote

I am currently trying to compile a list of the greatest ever rock artists. I know this sort of thing has been done to death in the past but always the results seem to be a bit iffy and the the list has been put together by a short panel of so called experts or from a pre-selected list by a small section of the public. I would like to be able to compile a list from with entries from all age groups from all over the world and will let the nominations run for anything up to a year. So why not put forward your favourite artists and see how far up the list they end up? You can vote by going to:
