what is your favorite band.and why?

ACDC

Pink Floyd, For their use of syths and great melodies without having to sing. Use of anything and everything they could pick up and twang :P

Guns 'n Roses, For sweet child of mine and slash. A fab guitarist.

Rainbow.... Because basically I love every song on their album down to earth teehee. Richie Blackmore you rock forever!!

ACDC, Angus...oh yeah. Great songs, great live.

Queen, They will live forever. So good live :O Amazing. They are soooo much better live than record. Just the sound is super but the playing is even better too

I'm starting to like Franz Ferdiand. I saw them live and they rocked it so well.. The best dvd I have I think.

Gawd this changes all the time, but at the moment my fave bands are:
-Queen (best front man, reputation as a good live band),
-The Kinks (classic, quirky pop songs),
-Franz (their lyrics don't make any sense to me, but they've got some cool tunes),
-The Kooks have some decent songs on their album too..
