    Default The Suicide Dolls

    I like The Suicide Dolls

    They are loud and noisy but have songs, Pixies and Sonic Youth 80's 90's like

    Though the press are starting to know them now, but still a cool new 2011 band, I saw them play in Boston last year when I was at school

    Honestly? Theres load of Indie bands out there, Although globally Big black delta are by the guy who was in Mellowdrone who wrote a few awesome quite heavy yet poppy
    Songs. Big black Delta are sounding awesome.

    In the UK I stumbled onto a band called Blackjack hookers the other day, their demo is kinda low tech but they sound like someone who could turn out like Joy division, got an
    amazing sound and really minimal and spacey while being heavy like muse or the pixies. I'd pick them, but for the pro sounding stuff definitely go for big black delta.

    Search for 'Spectrum' theyre an up and coming band in the UK. Thier song Spectre is a particular favourite of mine, it just has this eerie creepy lullaby feel. Fantastic scene setting for a song. - really think this band is one to watch. I stumbled accross them on Facebook and now I can't get enough!

    Also love hearing the other tracks in this forum! There's some pretty cool stuff out there, gives hope for new music, I think.
