Default Question on Software...

I am looking for some software to take the clicks and pops out of audio that i have recorded onto my PC (to make my Demos sound more clean)

Can anyone give me some suggestions for some software for this operation..?

Cheers

u can use the parametric EQ on soundforge, but it only removes a few pops and clicks..

I have got Wavelab, But i do not know how to use the Denoiser or Declicker to remove all the clicks/pops from the Wave.

you need to set thresholds to tell the computer what you want removed...

it's not foolproof and may eliminate stuff you want...

Depending on the length, I go through the .wav "by hand" / "by ear" and delete the little clicks and pops as meticulously as I can.

I don't do that with whole mixes tho...

Cheers..

I am sure there is a piece of software ( think it is called 'Clean') That you can feed the audio through and it eliminates all pops and clicks, I maybe wrong on this..

Any ideas?

yeah, clean, denoise, declick - same thing...as I said, it gets some not all and may remove stuff you want.

But they're non destructive, so if it doesn't sound right, you're not sunk.
