Need help choosing computer

Right, im going for a P4 1.8Ghz processor:

Pentium IV 1.8GHz 478pin 400MHz 256KB Retail Boxed
Quiet CPU Cooler P4 upto 2.2GHz (socket 478)

I think Im going for the right stuff so far...

Basically... (i think) all I need now is a motherboard? USUS or MSI? Which model? I DON'T NEED onboard sound or onboard gfx. I DO NEED USB (2 or more). I think thats about it.

Oh, I also fancy a "400W ATX Ultra Quiet PSU". Will this work with what Ive chosen sofar? Its from http://www.halcyonics.co.uk/ aswell as the CPU Cooler.

Oh, what type of Ram do I need to buy?

Ive learnt alot since I posted this:

Im definitely going for DDR Ram, P4 between 1.8-2.4, all the quiet fan things, solid case, etc. Just need to know a motherboard what has plenty of PCI slots, plenty of Ram slots, etc. I now know that onboard sound and gfx can be turned off so they dont use system resources.... so ignore that bit.

Anyone got a motherboard to suggest?

Oh, Usus is the one to go for, just dont know what model... all these letters and jargon, Mhz, etc just loses me. Im going to be using Cubase or Logic (not decided yet), Reason 2, Audiophile 2496 or TerraTec EWX 24/96 sound card (not decided yet), and USB Midi keyboard.
