Default MAKING TRACK SECTORS IN SOUNDFORGE

If you have one single track in soundforge, how do split it up into indiviual tracks, to burn to a cd. I would be very grateful for any help, I have tried markers and regions to no avail ?

yeah i have the same problem so its all about cut and paste and then rename
