Ive heard of a program called Antrares Autotune. I don't know what it does exactly, but its been used in studios for vocals.

How are you speeding up the vocals?

I always use Timestretch/Timecompress to speed up or slow down vocals which is in both logic and soundforge.

I find its best to chop up the vocals first then speed them up otherwise the timing will go out if I do the whole accapella.
