Just work at it, nobody knows everything about fruityloops!. Try and be more specific about what you would like to know, e.g creating a pattern - importing samples. If you be more specific someone on the forum must be able to help you, including my self.
And remember many a great producing tricks, have come about by trial and error, dont give up!.

First you have to find a bassline(maybe a sample cd), then you have to load it into an audio editor(soundforge) clean it and fine tune it, into something you believe is cool bassline. When your happy with your bass sample import it into fruity and work with it. If you have Fruity 3, make good use of the piano roll, you should get some fine results. Remember, decent bassline's dont fall out of the sky, they are engineered over time. Once you have that bassline you hold onto it like "Wookie", has he let go of his same bassline, No!. Trust me everyone has a secret recipe for outsanding bassline's, you must find yours.
Tip, use compression on bass, to get rid of unwanted frequencies.

Also, actual synthesis of an original bass sound is important and not really possible using fruityloops alone...

Filters, active automation of sweeps, that's what gives a bass character - use your lfos and modulation envelopes to the max and push things beyond "normal" to get those phat phat blines...just watch the clipping
