Default Advice on studio sound proofing needed

Hi all,

I have been looking into possible sound proofing solutions for a recording studio that we have in the office, and was wondering if anyone has any advice on the best materials to use for the job.

I’ve seen acoustic sound proofing board on the web and also honeycomb foam tiles are quite cheap on ebay. Do the honeycomb tiles really offer sound proofing as such, or are they more for cutting down on echo and reverberations etc?
