Will i ever find a decent singer / song writer?

I've been looking for a singer / songwriter for ages now and most of the time have had to pay the rubbishs ones to do anything anyway.

The ones that actually can sing end up stuck in a void because they want "record deals" and are not prepared to work a little with up and comings or low pay to get there name known.

Then there's the internet websites, I've been on all of them, people sound, name click, and they are so slow and unreliable that its generally a plain chore just to find anything and then when you do get there the link is missing etc.

Session singers are generally good but never posess song writing skills, i.e. you have to tell them what you want sung.


I can write songs in the sense of chords and melodies, but lyrics, i have no clue whatsoever.
