Acid D is right, before 1.30 you cant hear much bass, this may be down to the real player file but if not u know wot to do (MORE BASS)

The beats are arranged nicely just maybe a different sound or kit ? They feel a bit weak to me

    Otherwise nice choon

As has already been stated, track 1 is a dead link.

Notes on track 2: A little more snare in the beginning would be nice. Sounds like you've got a good intro working, and in all seriousness, there should be a lot more tracks out there with long intros w/o the bassline for 1+ minutes. Allows for a lot more room for the DJ to play around with it, and if you want the b-line to come in sooner, just cue up the record later. As for the bassline itself, I like the notes but I'm not feeling whatever instrument you added on top of the bassline about 4 measures into it. A couple of the notes sound like mischords, but maybe that's the effect you're going for. Also, the drums need to come through stronger overall. Obviously for it to sell or anything, it would need to be at least 5 minutes long, but it would be easy to do that by just having the little breakdown, cutting back into the bassline, and then on a third goround with the bassline warp things up a bit (the basslick formula).

What are you programming with? The whole thing still sounds like a midi sequence, and while that's never stopped anyone from selling their records before, I wouldn't hold your breath for massive distribution.....

Sorry to sound critical. I do like the track, just I'm better at pointing out the bad than the good...

Finally! Got it working! And it was worth the wait...nice tight rhythm...I'm really liking how the drums are patterned after the "dubplate" samples...

your lead marimba bouncy stuff is a little too off key tho...

the head $$$$ pads you got going on when the shuffly beat kicks is dope.

When it kicks into 4/4 it gets interesting...

in your bline, you know it's 3 notes, then 2 notes?

change the 4th and 5th notes to a little lower...you may get a bit better tuning and some darker vibes.

I'm really loving that pad sound tho.

pitch wise, and sound wise it sticks out a bit...it's not too bad (so don't need to change it too much) but if you did, the tune would gel a little better you know?
