Musee Mecanique is a new band I really like. Their music is poignantly beautiful that I guarantee you'll have tears in your eyes after listening to their songs. Check out "Like Home," one of my fave.
I'm also checking out some Martina Topley Bird's stuff these days. Her voice is eerily good, has some tinges of upliftiness in it.
I'm a pretty old-fashioned girl so mostly I prefer to listen to old music. Hank Williams, Soft Machine, The Carter Family, Sandy Denny & The Strawbs, John Mayall and Dion are the most-played on my stereo recently.
