Default Unsigned artists/bands required.

Unsigned artists/bands required.

This is a genuine ground floor opportunity designed to be great for unknown or little known artists, providing a wider audience for their music
and making them a growing monthly income.

In the first instance we offer those selected a generous single album contract providing the artists with a net monthly payout of UK £1.20 (+/- US$2.40)
for each physical album sold and the same amount on downloads. This is based on a 12 track album and is adjusted where the album has more than the
minimum 12 tracks. I.e. if your album has 16 tracks the payout would be £1.60 for each album sold.

N.B. Our contract does not require exclusivity. You will effectively be simply licensing us to reproduce and market your album as one of your agents
in the United Kingdom, with full artist acknowledgement. You in meantime would be free to pursue other avenues for sales and if you are offered a
contract from another preferred label, or for any other reason you will be able to terminate your contract with us.

The criteria for selection is:

1) You produce original music/lyrics (no covers etc)

2) You have a minimum 12 track, well produced and completed, vocal led tunes (in English), either easy listening or more upbeat, both being suitable for the middle aged and elderly market. Not rap, dance etc.

3) You own or control all I.P. connected with the tracks/album (copyright, performance rights etc)

4) Tunes you wish to submit for review are not as yet registered with any royalty or performance collecting agency such as PRS & PPL in the UK, ASCAP in the US etc.

5) You are as yet unsigned

If you would like your album to be considered, please mail a copy Cd format or WAV files on CD, with your contact details to:

SiBee Records Ltd
P.O. Box 265
Leyland
Lancashire
PR26 9WW
United Kingdom

All artists who have submitted Cd's for consideration will be advised of the results following the selection process by our 6 person review committee. If your album is selected we will forward a copy of our contract for you and your advisers to consider.

N.B. We will be unable to return Cd's submitted.

Best Wishes and good luck.

Simon
