DIVERSITY SHOWCASE
Attracting industry, musicians, designers and lovers of live music; since it's inception in April 2003, Diversity has continued to attract quality artistes.
Previous artistes to showcase at the event include Steve Brookstein (winner of X-Factor 2004 and the artiste with the first UK number one in the national charts 2005) & Chris O'Neil (singer/ songwriter/ actor), Chris played the lead role of George Harrison in the film 'Backbeat' that was all about the legendary Beatles band member.
Other notable artistes include Lifford and Georgea Blakey. RnB singer/ songwriter Lifford featured on Artful Dodgers 'Please don't turn me on', it was Lifford's smooth vocal that helped the track reach number three in the national charts.
Singer/ songwriter Georgea Blakey is an ex band member of 'Les Enfants de Rock', the original wild child trio that also included Amanda de Cadanet and Emma Ridley. A respected portrait artist, amongst Georgea's most famous works to date, is a portrait of Prince Charles that was sold to Sir Tim Rice.
