PLEASE!!! HELP me find this tune!!

i think a euro-pop dance version of it was out about 2-3 years ago, i seem to remeber the video being set in a laundrette. i think the original song was from the 80's or early 90's. its quite a cheesy pop song, if anyone was at the george micheal concert last weekend they played the track sometime before the show. i lyrics are king of hard to make out, but there is a bit that is repeated (echo style) that goes something 'heart babe yeah'. very vague i know! please help if you have any idea, coz its killing me i just wanna know what song it is thanx!
