Default name the song

i found this audio cassette in my dads old collection...i came across 2 very interesting songs on it....of which i can partially get the lyrics becuz of da sound quality... one goes by the name of 'tell me a' and the other one goes by the name of 'just imagine' now these rnt the exact names as this cassette was custom recorded so im not sure though both these terms r used repectfully in both the songs to quite an extent...im attaching a zip file containing one min clips of both these songs...lets see if anyone of u can make em out... the cassette is circa 1988 and mainly consists of uk charts.
id like to know the artist and the proper names of these songs and if possible the lyrics...
