thumbs up Superfly Sarah - Help me pick a photo please!

I have been asked for a photo decent photo to accompany my colum for the uuni paper. The one that has been used in the past is my avatar picture and it's rubbish!!!

So - which of the following make me look knowledgable and journalistic?! Bearing in mind that the paper is read by about at least 5,000 students and articles may appear in my portfolio which will be viewed by potential employers! (No pressure!)

Hey super, I'd go with picture3. It looks as if ur mind is occupied with somthin' in the sense that ur workin' on a new story or somthin'. It kinda reminds me of the beginning of "Murder she wrote" (Do u remember that?, lol) I reckon it'd present u in a very professional way, whereas the others are a lil' casual and friendly (which u can show people in person instead).

LOL number three was taken when I wasn't ready! It's a student column so looking serious doesn't really matter. Hmmmmh! I'm still thinking no.1 personally.

Incidentally, my hair is blonder than the pictures would have you believe but who thinks I should go brunette for a bit?! I quite like the way it looks! (I have green-grey eyes so I think it'd look alright!)

No.2 For employers cause you look buisness like and eager. No.3 cause you have a nice profile with just a hint of clevage to be left to the imagination.

Yes, everyone seems to be going for no.1 including myself. It looks the best when it's little and square which it will be for the column too!

Thanks folks!

You used to have MC Hammer as your picture?

I think 1's the best, closely followed by 3.

(What kind of column is it, by the way?)

Mmmh it's called 'All Things Student' and is a kind of satirical look at an aspect of student life (weekly).

I also do a lot of features though so it'll accompany them too...

LOL Re: the avatar - naaaah you remember my old drunken one with the big cheesey grin?! Like this -->

I'd go with two or three, three has a better feel to the expression for a paper......but where is the picture of the second half of the duo? Surely Robin should be there as well as Bat...uh...woman

Mmmmmmh number one it is folks (the ed was torn between one and two in case you're interested!)

By the way, I am reversing my hair colour today at 2.30pm! I used to have blonde hair with brown panels, but I'm going brunette with blonde streaks in a matter of hours! Eeeeeek! I'm excited!
