Photos deleted from canon digital camera by friend.

I am using a canon digital camera which had some photos in it. I had given it to my friend who has deleted the photos from it and used it. I wanted to know if i can get back the photos.

Hello Taggart,
As you said your friend has deleted photos and then used it, then your photos which have been deleted might been overwritten with new photos. Anyway you can try your luck and see if you can recover digital camera photos using data recovery software.
Download the software and try to recover your deleted photos.
