needed examples of sites with minimalist designs which focus on the user exploring the interface/site rather than all the information being thrown at them.. also about interface designs reflecting the creative style of the artist whose portfolio is being represented.. my main examples were donna wilsons and david shrigleys sites..

I like it, hard to say why; Maybe the stylisation of it, and the subtle humour, combined with a neo-modern layout. The classy touch is hovering over the icon on the bottom row, second from right, and having the note pop up saying 'nope not yet'. Just incase you haven't noticed...hovering over Galleries pops up as 'check more wokr here'?
