can't believe Dizzi D don't kno who Rab. C .Nesbit is.. if he did i'd doubt he'd wear the string vest..

anyway no one wears string vests, and the only people who did were the bad guys in 'The A-team' and probably Cha'Che from 'Happy Days'.
