let me tell you something speak proper if your english, you should know it well

DON'T EVER mock an art form as creative as rap/hip-hop with such degrading filth like that.

We use intricate wordplay, metaphors, similies and rhyming techniques

don't associate that kind of attitude to rap ever again. Rap is beautiful and many of the people in rap work hard to express the harsh societies we live in and earn money honestly.

    Peace out

check out whats going on in the open mic forum

your older than me and your trying to tell me that you ain't just trying to take the piss out of the urban scene.

People are gonna look at that and think what the hell are these rappers thinkin and you know that

but anyone who does see this dont even take notice of it, she is just trying to belittle rap by saying we all do that kinda sh1t

pay no taxes, you didnt even spell it right and your older than me

write somthing proper or get out of here. Were to literate here for you.

We pay our taxes, you weren't raised in no ghetto so don't try your mockery it ain't even funny you middle class, ignorant piss taker.

i wish you come and live in the ghetto instead getting pampered and everything done for you. Realise how hard a real life is.

Oh and by the way I'm not taking the piss out of anyone, just having a laugh INIT.

One thing that I've never understood about street people/ estate people is their ability to buy brand new trainers every other week yet they claim to be poor. I don't understand?!?? I own a couple of pairs of trainers which I use for the gym I might add. Are they some sort of status symbol?

In da wordzz of mz dynamite:

it takes more, much more 2 impress a girl lyk me..

if you seek guidance in learning more about the working class people of our societies then you should of introduced yourself in a more mature way instead of presenting us with mockery lyrics throwing out stigmas of the urban working class society

Every class has trends the individual follows to conform to the social class norms and people in lower classes sometimes try to associate themselves with higher classes by buying into the trends of higher classes, this is to make themself look more desirable.

like the wealthy might have a yacht, a custom built bentley, specially tailored Armani Suits. shop in Harrods. buy mansions

Middle class like you would go for a audi, impreza, wear versace or Louis Vutton. Buy houses

Working class would probably buy or rent a house, get a vauxhall astra, wear Nike, adidas, schott, fc-uk

The point is people usually want be desirable so they buy into these trends. I don't condone it but you probably follow some sort of trend.

so how do they afford all these trainers? I have 4 pairs of trainers. i work part time and go college full time. Think about it, you don't have to buy them all at once. Also you have sales, ebay, even people who can get trainers cheaper.

So no more of that nonsense and if you want to really learn bout ghetto, get in there and experience it instead of believing the stereotypes thrown at you from the media

Yo this is the truth and this is real.

f'uck the police and the muthafukkin media lies
they seek destruction and collapse of society ties
and they aint gonna stop till they bring the demise
of billions of families and take more than a billion lives
we had 2pac the prophet sent to open our eyes
Malcom and Luther all killed by government spies
in Las Vegas a ni99a was shot dead - gunned down
because Bill Clinton saw Pac could rise up the brown
skinned nation still slaves just without the whiplash
a slave to society and a slave to republican lip-trash
who make cash out of young black males - who fail
to see that it's plan to get them all locked up in jail
thats their plan - just another ni99a off the road
and they exploit the media to make ni99az look cold
and it happens in England - who puts drugs in the street
ni99az don't own ships - so tell me who owns the fleet
i repeat - open your eyes to the media exploitation
Fiddy don't care that he's promoting black annihalation
listen to his music all he cares about is himself - his money
we ni99az gotta eat but don't forget about your buddy
thats why we be at the bottom - a proud race forgotten
who went from building pyramids down to picking cotton
damn its rotten but my ni99az i hold the key ~ to destiny
just because of my love of studying books and history
the reason why we fell is because turned on each other
now divided and conquered - we still battle our brothers
and sisters i love you all like cooked chicken and rice
i got a real bad temper but try to be nice - heed advice
we gone make it and thats the truth - i speak to the blind
the people in surban areas with media brainwashed minds
i was the stereotypical no hope ghetto ni99a ~ now i'm bigger
pursued an education - now i'm larger than life moral figure

Don't kick us while were down, learn the truth of what is really going on in this world.

Why do 5% of the world population own 85% of the earth's wealth? With this wealth they command a huge amount of power, people and governments you wouldn't believe. Would these powerful people really use the media as tool in guiding the blinded mass to believe what they want you to believe? Who sets the norms of society and should we conform to all of them?

you should ask yourself some questions. Who are you really, what you want to be or what they want you to be?

Start to use your own mind effectively. Now that is f'uckin wicked innit

    Good rap.

Can I just say without offending that *some* black people don't want to integrate into mainstream society, don't want to just become part of the bigger picture but instead fight their own corner as if still a persecuted minorty. Obviously racism still exists, but this sort of thing can't help the situation but instead inflames prejudices and hatred. That's why it's good to see people live Trevor MacDonald reading news at 10 in the Queens English.

The problems that the majority working class black youth faces is not poverty but poverty of aspiration. What's stopping them making something of their lives, I mean this is (in my opinion) the best country in the world with so many opportunities, opportunities there for the taking. All it takes is a bit of drive and ambition. Thatcher made this country great and we all have a lot to be thankful for.

Don't get it twisted a leader isn't the one who makes a country greats it's the people.

well i don't agree to that fully. The system does have many opportunities but there are many hinderances for us. I am clever and was in all the top groups in school yet i never even finished school and was not let back into another school because of the label bully given to me by my the school who expelled me.

I ain't no bully but i take the piss, summat we all did as black kids growing up. when i moved to a top predominantly white school. some people couldn't take the jokes but they should have told me and i would have stopped but the teachers start labelling you this and that. literally shoved out and it wasn't just me. the only other black person in our year was kicked out for the same thing.

you wouldn't understand the experience of growing up as an oppressed minority unless you lived it or got in there deep and study it

This country was at its peak during Queen Victoria, labour supposedly brought in the golden age but democracy kills this country if you ask me

    ^^
what would you suggest the country do? from some socialist ideal, or one man band.

    ^ genreal question, im interested!

and one thing- you find many rappers, working so they get of the hood, the reality is it's $$$$, and its not something to be proud of...
i was born and raised in a corrupt and poverty stricken country, so i know how important it was to get an education, to give me a basis to better myslef, my family, and try an bring an end to this 'hood' culture. rap should be used to show that we are intelligant, creative, and not button holed to 'hood' life, rap should be used bring the enlighten, not to be proud to give-up, and be 'ghetto' stereotypes.
