safe , im new orn the spitting scene yh , been listening to it for time doe coz all my bohys spit but i just decided to start myself , only thing is i cnt acctually think of bars that i fink sound good any tips cheers !

keep writing.. dont ever stop, even if you write 48 bars and bin it you will still learn something form the experience.
Take in everything around you, you should have good general knowledge imo unless your just writing club bars.
Read, dont matter what it is just read something other than the Sun, get a tabloid broadsheet, find a fantasy book or if reading aint your thing watch factual TV, watch shows with intellectual people on not just whatever comes on MTV. Reasoning behind this? Improve your vocabulary.
Listen to a lot of music, not to bite, but just to see how people have been doing this for a while construct their verses, might give you some ideas on the kinds of things you can do.
